AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

STANDARD & EXPRESS SHIPPING

We offer FREE Standard Shipping for all Australian orders over $59 and FREE Express Shipping for orders over $120.

For orders under $59 there is a $14.99 Flat Rate Shipping and $25.99 for Express Shipping.

Estimated delivery times: The estimated delivery time is 2 - 8 business days, depending on what state you're in, and whether you're in a metro or regional area. All orders are posted from Sydney via Australia Post, so you can calculate the estimated delivery time here. However, as we're getting closer to Christmas, if you're putting in an order for an upcoming event, wedding, formal or special occasion, we would recommend express shipping over standard shipping to avoid any delays!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

NEW ZEALAND

All New Zealand orders over $120 AUD receive FREE standard shipping. Shipping for orders under AUD $120 is available for AUD $20 per order. All orders will be sent via express courier international.

USA, CANADA, UK, SINGAPORE

All orders over AUD $250 are eligible for FREE shipping. Standard shipping for orders under AUD $250 is available for AUD $35 (12-28 working days).

CUSTOMS TAXES

Please note that we are not responsible for another country's taxes or customs charges which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit. Amanda The Label is not responsible for any charges incurred for receiving orders internationally, and any customs charges and taxes (including VAT) are payable by the receiver.

We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address. It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for their order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your order or offer a replacement.
